Using this site

By browsing or ordering from littlelinks.store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you do not place an order.

Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once your piece is packed or scheduled for dispatch. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is out of stock and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider before dispatch.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Dubai with the timelines set out on our Shipping page. Risk in a piece passes to you upon delivery to your provided address.

Returns & exchanges

Items may be reported for defect or exchange within 7 days of delivery as outlined on our Returns page. Due to hygiene standards, worn earrings or items removed from protective packaging cannot be returned.

Product availability & description

We take care to display our jewelry colors and designs accurately. Minor variations may occur due to hand-assembly and individual screen displays.

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Little Links and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

We stand fully behind the quality of our pieces upon delivery. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to its purchase price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute falls to the courts of Dubai.
