We begin preparing your curated pieces shortly after your order is confirmed. If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us within 24 hour of purchase with your Order Number. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.

Payment is handled on Ziina’s secure hosted page, where you can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are never handled by this site.

Every price on the site is in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of tax. There are no additional charges at checkout.

It appears on screen the moment your payment completes, and again in the confirmation email we send you. It looks like LL-4K7M-9XQ2. Quote it in any message to us and we can find your order straight away.

We are opening the UAE one emirate at a time, and the emirates we currently serve are the ones offered in the dropdown at checkout. If yours is not listed yet, it is coming — write to us and we will tell you when.

Orders are packed and delivered within 3 business days. All items available in the store are ready to ship as shown.

Nothing. Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend.

Please message us immediately if you realize your address is incorrect. We can easily update it before dispatch but once your order is out with the courier, changes may cause delivery delays or additional rescheduling fees.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

If you are returning an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return courier fee. If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect piece sent by us, we cover all delivery costs.

Due to hygiene standards, earrings are strictly final sale. We also cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery or sent back without their original packaging.

Keep your pieces away from direct water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals. Put your jewelry on last when getting ready and wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing.

Yes, like all fashion jewelry, they can tarnish if exposed to moisture, perfume or sweat. Keeping them dry helps maintain their shine.

Yes, our designs are curated to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear without pulling or straining your earlobes.

All of our pieces are crafted from standard fashion alloy metals. If you are prone to metal sensitivities or allergic reactions to fashion jewelry, we kindly advise against purchasing.
